The staff was excellent and friendly. The room was clean and excellent and what's more - included a roll in shower, a hairdryer and a shower cap. The price was US$ 119.

It was just a great match for a short visit in Baton Rouge with excellent value. The employee at check-in was super nice, but it took too long to get my room ready. Make sure to check on parking options before arriving, as it's a bit far and feels sketchy at night.

Greatly enjoyed our comfortable rooms, plus the staff was HELPFUL. We got a room with a bath. It was in the central location in the middle of jackson. Plus, Riverfront Plaza was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

Great spot for a quick getaway!

Check-in was easy and my room (420) was super clean. I really liked the views from the balcony and the friendly staff were always there to help me. The bar area was a cool spot to unwind after a long day. Just wish parking wasn't so pricey at $15. A solid choice for my stay!

A Perfect Family Getaway with Fine Views!

The balcony offered amazing city views. We enjoyed meals at the on-site restaurant and sipped coffee from the Starbucks. Make sure to try the packed schedule of local attractions within walking distance.

I stayed for one night and found my room with a balcony to be a good escape. The staff greeted me warmly and assisted me with my parking. I love that this spot is so close to bars and restaurants, which made it easy for me to enjoy the downtown atmosphere.

Check-in was a major hassle, as the system was down, leaving us in limbo for nearly an hour. Air conditioning in the room was problematic, with a fan that wouldn't fully turn off and created considerable noise. Small fees added up quickly, with various taxes making the final bill feel a bit inflated considering the experience.

I appreciated the hotel's vibrant atmosphere and great breakfast options, showcasing the culinary culture of the region. The parking situation felt a bit inconvenient. I found the location perfect for exploring local attractions.

The location offers easy access to popular bars. Staff members were attentive, especially the valet service, were great to assist with parking. The beds were comfortable. On a downside, the sound from neighboring rooms was somewhat noticeable, which could disrupt rest. The café could expand its menu beyond toasted sandwiches for more variety.

Request for an early check-in or late check-out. Staff may accommodate when possible, nice for a more flexible travel schedule.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right near my favorite bars and with a Starbucks downstairs. I enjoyed a lovely breakfast each morning from the café on-site. The valet service impressed me. They were great too assist with parking. The bed was comfortable. I also liked the room design with a cozy seating area. I had issues with the Wi-Fi dropping whenever I stepped onto the balcony, and the internet in my room on the 8th floor could have been stronger. It was a bit annoying but didn't impact my stay significantly. The hotel felt safe and clean overall, but there were occasional noise disturbances from the doors of other rooms, slightly disruptive at times.
